Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new and incremental sales within their assigned field of direct clients and agencies by evangelising Audience2Media, developing client relationships and providing coherent online marketing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Includes the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Identifying business opportunities with direct marketers, online advertisers and agencies
  • Consulting with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages
  • Generating a high volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals, and more
  • To be responsible for driving new revenue through long term contracts and contract negotiation
  • Developing relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals
  • Expanding Audience2Media’s footprint within key accounts by cross selling and up selling product portfolio.
  • To provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs

The ideal candidate will require:

  • A graduate degree or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in selling online ad campaigns
  • General knowledge of online ad technologies, behavioural targeting and optimisation strategies
  • Confident organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage large volume of prospecting activity (outbound calls, client meetings, proposals, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven track record of success in online media sales
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Pre-existing relationships with Fortune 1000 brands (agency or direct) desired

Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager will need to proactively optimise and manage campaigns, effectively communicate with customers and ultimately drive campaign ROI.

The Campaign Manager will also be responsible for supporting the Client Director daily with management of campaigns. They will handle client requests, training, support & technical requirements, day to day tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • To work with Account Management team to develop effective campaign strategies to maximise return on ad spend for clients
  • Combining data and trend analysis with client feedback to configure, operate and optimise complex campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Analysing performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in large and multi-dimensional datasets
  • Leading the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance and proactively communicate any issues identified
  • Using data and analytics to help develop actionable recommendations to maximise campaign success 
  • Developing actionable performance insights and optimise best practices for successful campaigns
  • To become an expert on the use of and best practices for the platform and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the use of functionality
  • To work with Product and other cross-functional teams to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform

Skills Requirement

Account Executive

This role will be positioned to allow the Account Executive to obtain and gather deep insights to each of the advertising campaigns Audience2Media runs on its platform. The Account Executive will be working with all the internal teams and develop a massive exposure of the Audience2Media reach in regards to online audiences both domestically and internationally. A fundamental focus will be on selling Display Banners, Video Pre-Roll, VOD and Mobile formats as core advertising products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Business Development and Account Management teams to evaluate client needs with regards to media and advertising
  • When requested, assist with: in-depth weekly/ monthly reporting, development of proposals and agency reviews by creating plans, written summaries and client presentations
  • Analysing market research and study demographical data of a wide range of media vehicles to determine the most effective approach to reach relevant target audience
  • Communicating with media representatives on behalf of Audience2Media clients to negotiate the best placement, highest value-ad, and optimal use of budgeted funds
  • Preparing media plan options, analysis, and recommendations based on strategic direction provided
  • Analysing how to improve clients’ business and must be comfortable speaking in public settings and to clients directly
  • Implementing plans and maintain budget control throughout the entire process
  • Insuring all signed client authorisations and paperwork are in place for implementation
  • Negotiating insertion orders and purchase orders as necessary
  • Maintaining tracking system and resolve billing discrepancies
  • To be highly organised and effectively manage all the details associated with media campaigns
  • To work with Audience2Media’s targeting platform, software programs such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Third Party Ad Serving

Ideal candidate will require:

  • A graduate degree
  • Passion for online advertising and technical knowledge on ad serving
  • Previous work experience with a Media Owner / Publisher (website) is ideal

    Product Marketing Manager

    The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating marketing collateral for both internal and external use. Support both our product and sales teams with the goal to drive incremental sales. The Product Marketing Manager will be required to enhance our client and supplier relationships and provide coherent communications and material to ensure awareness of our product and services to all employees and the relevant market place.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

    • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market
    • Communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
    • Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches
    • Brief the press and PR teams about new products and take part in presentations
    • Through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data, gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas
    • Review inventory levels and ensure product availability
    • Establish timescales for development of new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments
    • Use market research data to determine product pricing
    • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and articles for trade press
    • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences with support from senior management
    • Test new products
    • Propose and keep within a budget
    • Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate
    • Recruit and develop a team of product marketing executives when necessary

    The ideal candidate will require:

    Key skills

    • Collaborative skills: As a Product Marketing Manager you will have to work with teams across the organization both in UK HQ and Malaysia (Asia HQ). This will often include the sales and product operations department, the engineering department, product management, press and PR and senior executives. New product launches are inherently ‘cross functional’ and entail coordinating the work of many different people.
    • Communication skills: Both speaking and writing abilities have to be tapped in this role. You will frequently have to present about new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels.
    • Research skills: A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.

    Academic and Personal skill Requirements:

    • 2+ years of product marketing experience in similar role
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
    • Very strong written communication skills
    • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
